You are required to note a preferred presentation format.
The committee may request that you consider an alternative format.
Presentations will be allocated to the program taking into account author preference and balance of the program.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • XX minutes in duration, including 2-minutes for question time.

IMPACT | LIGHTNING PRESENTATIONS

  • STRICTLY 3-minutes duration
  • Maximum TWO (2) PowerPoint slides (one of which will be a title slide)
  • Can be complemented by an A0 portrait-size poster for display during of the conference.

The abstract and a PDF of accepted posters will be included in the conference app for delegates to view on their smart devices.

Presenters will be asked to attend their poster during a poster viewing session to discuss the poster with delegates.

DISPLAY POSTERS

  • A0 portrait size poster that will be displayed for the duration of the conference.
  • Accepted abstracts and a PDF version of posters will be included in the conference app for delegates to view on their smart devices.
  • Presenters will be asked to attend their poster during a poster viewing session to discuss the poster with delegates.

EPOSTERS

  • Electronic posters (ePosters) will be prepared in PowerPoint (1 slide | 16:9 format), displayed during the conference on LCD screen/s in the exhibition area.
  • ePosters rotate automatically and each poster will be shown for around one minute.
  • Delegates will have the ability to pause individual posters to view in more detail.
  • An index is included to make it simple to navigate to a specific poster.

The abstract and a PDF version of accepted ePosters will be featured in the conference app for viewing on smart devices.

Abstracts received after this date will not be accepted.
Submit via the presentation portal on this website (see box above).

PRESENTATION and POSTER abstracts should include:

  • The purpose of the presentation
  • The nature and scope of the topic
  • The issue or problem under consideration
  • The outcome or the conclusion reached
  • References

Abstracts should not exceed XXX words.

ABSTRACT REVIEW PROCESS

All abstracts received will be reviewed and selected by the scientific committee. They will determine if abstracts are accepted as oral or poster presentation format with consideration given to the author preference and program balance.

Authors (or the person submitting on behalf of the author) will be notified via email on a rolling basis regarding the status of their abstract.

PRESENTER REGISTRATION

It is mandatory for all presenters to register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee.
Presenters also need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.
