Tasmania Principals Conference 2022
Leading in Complex Times
A conference for educational leaders
Wednesday 3 August 2022 – Friday 5 August 2022
Hotel Grand Chancellor, Launceston

The program overview below is provisional and will be updated as planning proceeds. Please check this page regularly.

The Conference focus of Leading in Complex Times is certainly timely. Living through and with the unprecedented changes brought about by the pandemic highlighted the complexity of the world in which we live and work. Within this complexity, effective leadership shone through. It has never been more needed to harness the power of education to impact positively on the lives of our students and their communities, both now and into the future.

The Conference is designed to combine inspiring presentations to support and challenge your thinking with time for networking with colleagues, old and new. With an underlying principle of balancing theory (the what and why) with practice (the how), the Conference aims to:

~ Provide opportunities for you to learn with and from acknowledged and respected leaders in their field around our overarching theme of Leading in Complex Times ~
~ Give you tools and strategies to implement in your practice ~
~ Continue to maintain a focus and commitment to supporting leaders’ wellbeing at all times. ~
